Data & Marketing Terms

Last updated: July 24, 2026

These terms explain how Gully Ticketing (“Gully,” “we,” “us”) and the event producers we work with collect, use, and share the information you provide when you buy tickets or register for an event through our platform.

The short version: When you purchase a ticket, we treat your information as data belonging to Gully and the event producer for that event. If you opt in, we (and event producers and marketing partners) may contact you with event information, updates, and offers by email and text. You can opt out at any time, and consent to marketing is never required to buy a ticket.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Gully operates the ticketing platform used by independent event producers (for example, Water Lantern Festival, Color Vibe 5K, and others). When you buy a ticket, both Gully and the producer of the event you purchased for act as controllers of your information and may each use it as described below.

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in the UK/EU or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

7. Keeping your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
